What You Need

Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Decaffeinated Coffee, any variety

1/2

cup caramel ice cream topping

4-1/2

cups cold water

Enjoy preparing this delicious recipe with MH coffee.

Make It

PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker. Place topping in empty pot of coffee maker.

ADD water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well blended.

Special Extra

Garnish each serving with a dollop of thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping and chopped chocolate-covered toffee.

How to Thaw COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Place unopened tub in refrigerator for 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.

This is sooo good! Guests luv it!! I however, DO NOT make this with decaffinated coffee, but with an automatic drip regular grind coffee ( and I only add 4 Tbsp. of the coffee ). I also add more caramel topping. You may add anywhere's from 2/3 cup to 3/4 cup. I always add a 3/4 cup. Top it off with French Vanilla Cool Whip, and perhaps English toffee bits (or) chocolate toffee bits. Yum!!

This did not taste good. I had to put in a lot of caramel and still it did not taste like caramel coffee. I will never ever make it again.

This coffee beverage is a real challenge to the Caramel coffee drinks I've bought from the FAMOUS coffee houses. I used my regular coffee and it is WONDERFUL!!

How can it be called "decaffeinated" when the recipe doesn't specify using decaf coffee? I mean, it's in the title of the recipe....?
