HEAT oven to 350ºF.
BEAT cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add spinach, garlic and 2 Tbsp. FRESH TAKE; mix well.
PLACE artichokes, cut sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet; top with cream cheese mixture, adding about 1 rounded tsp. to each. Sprinkle with remaining FRESH TAKE.
BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Serve on chips.
