Deconstructed Artichoke Dip Crostini

Artichoke hearts are topped with a seasoned cream cheese dip and served on pita chips in this tasty take on crostini.

What You Need

oz.  (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4
cup  KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4
cup  frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1
tsp.  minced garlic
1/3
cup  (about 1/4 of 6-oz. pkg.) combined FRESH TAKE Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, divided

 artichoke heart halves, well drained

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add spinach, garlic and 2 Tbsp. FRESH TAKE; mix well.

PLACE artichokes, cut sides up, on foil-covered baking sheet; top with cream cheese mixture, adding about 1 rounded tsp. to each. Sprinkle with remaining FRESH TAKE.

BAKE 15 min. or until heated through. Serve on chips.

How to Soften Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
