  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Unroll pizza dough on cutting board. Cut into 12 (3x2-inch) rectangles; place 1 in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle half the shredded cheese evenly into cups; top with pizza sauce, remaining shredded cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.
  • Bake 11 to 12 min. or until crusts are golden brown and shredded cheese is melted. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very tasty! Very tasty! HOWEVER, definitely precook crust in muffin cups for 5-7 minutes before filling with sauce and cheese (as pizza dough instructions indicate). And it probably goes without saying, they don't turn out *quite* like the picture -- not enough dough in can to make 12 muffins like that. But they were still very good! Definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these for a kids party and they were great. I made these for a kids party and they were great. I had no problem getting 12 out of one can of pizza dough. I even made one tray of the pizzas with mushrooms and red peppers under the pepperoni. I will definitely make these again.
