Rated 4 out of 5 by from This little recipe was a big surprise! This little recipe was a big surprise! I was in search of something quick and easy and of course something with flavor. This answered all my prayers. I did adjust this recipe slightly because if the time crunch I was in. I didn't bake this in a pan. I cooked everything on the stove top and left out the mozzarella. I also used Hunt's tomato sauce with basil and oregano in the 8 oz can instead of the pizza sauce. I really enjoyed this and my hubby also liked it. He isn't a fan of Velveta, but said he really like it.

I was actually looking for something differant to make with Mac & Cheese. It was very easy to make. I ommited the green peppers though, my kids don't like them. It still turned out very delicious. It took us 3 days to eat the whole casserole. It was very fulfulling. I would suggest to make a salad to go with it. I would definately make this again and again.

My husband and 2-year-old are the pickiest eaters ALIVE and they just about licked their plates clean with this recipe!! I didn't have the recipe in front of me so I mixed everything together instead of layering it and it was still yummy!! Next time I am going to sneak in some chopped brocoli, califlower and carrots, they'll never know!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The food was better than the speedy skillet pasta, but I think there was too much beef. The food was better than the speedy skillet pasta, but I think there was too much beef. The beef, together with the mushrooms and the peppers obscured the pasta, itself. The taste of the pizza sauce was a bit diluted. My dad thought there needed to be more mushrooms. I wouldn't eat this, again, but it's ok.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very quick and inexpensive dish. This is a very quick and inexpensive dish. This is ideal for a quick meal before or after a ballgame. It is especially good when you are on a budget and have 5 children. My family loves it, but we add pepperoni slices to it. We also have used 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 sausage. Thank you

Rated 4 out of 5 by from When I made this recipe I added pasta sauce instead of tomato paste. When I made this recipe I added pasta sauce instead of tomato paste. It gave it a really good flavor, much more pizza like. Also try using a round shallow dish and press flattened, unrolled crestent rolls in the bottom then pour in meat mix and top with shredded cheese, VERY GOOD!
