Place graham crackers in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Crush by going back and forth across the crackers with a rolling pin.
Spoon batter into well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 27 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.

I made this cake lastnight, and the taste was not very good. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.
Tried making the recipe according to directions, cake turned out under-done (I did the toothpick-check too!) and the little bit I tried didn't taste very good. The batter was great, but the baking made it gross.
It was good. Definitely different. Not as sweet as other cakes, which was good.
