I made it for my daughter's Teacher Appreciation Reception and I got several requests for the recipe. I served the dip with tortilla chips instead of crisps because I already had them on hand. I also used light catalina dressing and reduced fat cream cheese. This cut down the calories but not the flavor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Catalina Dip is great My mom used to make it when I was a kid. Simple and easy to do. She never put olives in hers(GROSS) also she served it with Crud tete' (fresh veggies). It's perfect pot luck appetizer as it travels well. Secret is make sure cream cheese is soft and add dressing a little at time to taste. Too much dressing and it gets runny.
