Very easy and quick to make. Surprisingly delicious taste. I made it for my daughter's Teacher Appreciation Reception and I got several requests for the recipe.
I served the dip with tortilla chips instead of crisps because I already had them on hand. I also used light catalina dressing and reduced fat cream cheese. This cut down the calories but not the flavor!
