probably would NOT make again - raspberry layer was too tart. too time consuming for result. it was ok.
I made this last night for dessert, it was so easy and everyone, including my husband loved it!! I used 12 oz of raspberries and did not have enough to put on top, so I will use even more next time. I also added 1/2 c. sugar to the raspberries, it was a little to sweet for my liking but my family said it was perfect. Will be making this again soon!!
I used fresh blueberries and did not need to add sugar- will try it with kiwis next- light and refreshing.... not so special but good...kind of wish the lemon mouse was creamier/richer instead of fluffy...
