this was a really great alternative to just plain mac & cheese. we had it for our Christmas holiday dinner and everyone that had it said it was so rich and creamy and wanted the recipe.

At first I was turned off by making the Velveeta Shells & Cheese as the base...but it really is the best and easiest way, unless you want to make mac and cheese from scratch first. It's so creamy, has a wonderful, savory taste...my husband and I loved it!!
