Deluxe Potatoes Au Gratin

This potatoes au gratin recipe gets deluxe status thanks to its tasty seasonings and superior cheese-to-potatoes ratio.

What You Need

lb.  red potatoes (about 6), thinly sliced
1/2
lb.   (8 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Pasteurized Process American Cheese, cubed
1/2
cup   chopped onions
1/4
cup  milk
1
tsp.  dry mustard
1/4
tsp.  pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COOK potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 8 to 10 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Place in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted; stir gently.
