Deviled Egg Salad Bites

In this crunchy take on the classic appetizer, cherry tomato wedges are topped with a single teaspoon of deviled egg salad and served on crackers.

What You Need

 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4
cup  finely chopped celery
1/4
cup  finely chopped red peppers

Tbsp.  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

tsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

 woven rye crackers

large  cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 wedges

Make It

MIX eggs, celery, peppers, mayo and mustard until blended.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

TOP each cracker with 1 tsp. egg mixture and 1 tomato wedge just before serving.
