  • Cut each egg in half and remove the yolk, placing yolks in a mixer bowl. Beat yolks until creamy. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, Sriracha and lemon juice; mix thoroughly, about 5 minutes. Pipe into each egg.
  • Top with bacon and cilantro.
  • Serve and enjoy!

To make your own candied bacon:

start by preheating oven to 375. Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil. Lay slices of OSCAR MAYER Bacon flat and coat with brown sugar until covered. Bake until crispy, about 12 to 17 minutes.
