What You Need

beef flank steak (1 lb.)

1/4

cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided

Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Tbsp. soy sauce

Tbsp. ketchup

Tbsp. brown sugar

Tbsp. olive oil

1/2

tsp. hot pepper sauce

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

BRUSH steak with 2 Tbsp. steak sauce. Grill 16 to 18 min. or until medium doneness, turning after 8 min. Remove to carving board; tent with foil. Let stand 5 min.

MEANWHILE, mix remaining steak sauce with all remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until thickened.

CUT steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with sauce.

How to Grill Juicy Steaks

Use tongs to turn steaks on the grill when the bottom is well browned. Piercing with a fork will cause the juices to run out, resulting in a less juicy steak.

Great recipe that work with any thin cut of meat. I put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees and it was perfect. We had a lot of sauce left over so we saved it for another time. Easy to make with ingredients you have on hand. Will make this again soon. Quick and easy! Hubby gobbled it all up.

I loved this recipe. It was easy and the sauce was wonderful. There was a lot of sauce so I've saved it so we can use it again. I would use this on any cut of steak and I will use it often.

This came out great, but I cut the time down to about 13 minutes (I flipped it after 8 and then judged it from there). I was only making half the portion and there was still a lot of sauce - you could easily sauce a whole pound with half the sauce recipe. I used the extra to drizzle over the side veggies, but there was still plenty left over.

I wll try the recipe but I know from experience that if you cook a flank steak for 18 minutes it will be like shoe leather.There is no fat and it will be so dry. 10 to 12 Minutes is the very outer edge for flank steak.Though I cant imagine why anyone would want a steak well done ,Flank steak is not one to eat that way. Use one with more fat so it doesnt dry out
