Chicken breasts are rolled around Dijon mustard, dill weed and Swiss cheese and then baked in a puff pastry for an extra-special entrée.

What You Need

1/4
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
tsp.  dill weed
8
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.), pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
4
 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices, cut in half
1
pkg.  (17.3 oz.) frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets), thawed
1
 egg white
1
Tbsp.  cold water

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF

MIX mustard and dill; spread onto chicken. Top with cheese; roll up, starting at one short end of each.

ROLL each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 12-inch square; cut into 4 (6-inch) squares. Whisk egg white and water until blended; brush onto edges of squares. Top with chicken. Bring corners of each pastry square together over chicken; press together to seal. Place, seam-sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with remaining egg.

BAKE 30 min. or until pastry is lightly browned and chicken is done (165°F).

For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Substitute
Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill for the dill weed.
Dijon Chicken Elegant Appetizers
Cut each rolled chicken breast crosswise into 4 equal slices. Cut each pastry sheet into 16 (3-inch) squares. Prepare as directed, reducing baking time to 25 min. or until pastry is lightly browned and chicken is done. Makes 32 appetizer servings.
