For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill for the dill weed.
Cut each rolled chicken breast crosswise into 4 equal slices. Cut each pastry sheet into 16 (3-inch) squares. Prepare as directed, reducing baking time to 25 min. or until pastry is lightly browned and chicken is done. Makes 32 appetizer servings.

The juices from the chicken seemed to keep the pastry shell somewhat doughy. It might be better with some different seasonings too - I'm not a big dill fan.
I made this recipe and it was excellent. I made it with whole pieces of chicken breast and little chicken nuggets for my daughter. It was excellent. Although I thought it was too much mustard and my husband didn't think there was enough. Maybe next time I will use less and heat up some left over sauce for the side? It is still highly reccomended!!!
