  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Beat first 4 ingredients with whisk until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup mustard mixture for later use.
  • Toss potatoes and onions with remaining mustard mixture until evenly coated. Spoon onto center of large sheet heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
  • Grill 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over every 10 min. Open packet. Pour reserved mustard mixture over potato mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.

    Could not be easier or better! My family LOVED them just the way the original recipe is written, and I loved *not* heating up the oven - they cooked in their foil packet right alongside the fresh Copper River Salmon... de-lish!

    The potatoes were cooked longer than stated, and still were a bit hard. Also, it was sour-tasting to all of us. Will try different recipe.

    very easy, i used new potatoes from farmer's market, so it had to cook a little longer, next time will reduce vinegar also a little.
