Serve this flavorful turkey with your favorite hot steamed vegetable and a whole wheat roll.
Prepare as directed, using 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.).
Preheat oven to 400°F. Omit butter. Coat cutlets as directed; place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 15 min. Serve topped with the prepared sauce as directed.

This was awesome! I also made the twiced baked sweet potatoes and the pecans in both dishes really tied them together. My 5 and 8 year olds even loved this. A real gourmet meal that is quick and easy.
I had this delicious meal at my daughter in law's house and loved it. I am making it tonight!
The turkey was delicious! I even added some smoked honey mustard and it tasted great with the ground pecans. We will eat it again.
