  • Preheat broiler. Mix basil, walnuts, mustard and garlic; set aside. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
  • Spread top with basil mixture. Continue broiling 3 to 5 minutes or until steak is lightly browned and cooked through.

Its not a recipe I'll eat all the time, but still an enjoyable change and one that I'll try from time to time.
