what you need

1/3
cup  finely chopped fresh basil or parsley
1/3
cup  finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1/4
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
clove  garlic, minced
1
 boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick (1-1/2 lb.)

Make It

PREHEAT broiler. Mix basil, walnuts, mustard and garlic; set aside. Place steak on rack of broiler pan.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

SPREAD top with basil mixture. Continue broiling 3 to 5 minutes or until steak is lightly browned and cooked through.
