Dijon Rice Florentine

The first bite of this rice I wanted more, the second however, wasnt as good as the first, and it went downhill from there. I did not like the rice florentine however my family loved it! My mom especially liked it and she hates spinach. I would make this recipe again only for my family, and not myself. This recipe was a huge hit with everyone minus myself.

Think this might be my new favorite rice dish! Used brown rice and fresh spinach. Went light on the mustard based on some of the other comments. Great flavor and so easy to make!

I really like this side dish. I used vege broth instead of chicken. Also I used an Italian cheese blend and doubled the amount of cheese. Next time I will add more garlic!

This dish is absolutely lovely, especially if you use a quality parmesan cheese. And it's healthy too! *gapes*

I agree with Brenda. Very tasty and great texture. Even before I put the cheese in it was great. I also used reg. mustard and mozzerella cheese.

Wow! This recipe has it all. Great color, texture, and expectional taste! ( I subtituted regular mustard and shredded jack cheese because of what I had on hand.)

Not the most exciting dish I've tried, but it was pretty good. It was lacking a bit in flavor, so I think next time I will add more garlic.

make sure you have a taste for dijon mustard, it overpowers the other flavors in this dish.
