  • Bring broth and garlic to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.
  • Add rice; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 min. Add spinach and mustard; stir. Cook, uncovered, an additional 8 to 10 min. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  • Stir in cheese.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard.

The first bite of this rice I wanted more, the second however, wasnt as good as the first, and it went downhill from there. I did not like the rice florentine however my family loved it! My mom especially liked it and she hates spinach. I would make this recipe again only for my family, and not myself. This recipe was a huge hit with everyone minus myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like this side dish. I really like this side dish. I used vege broth instead of chicken. Also I used an Italian cheese blend and doubled the amount of cheese. Next time I will add more garlic!
