Delicious and visually appealing too. We didn't bother baking the veggies in the pan; we cook on the stovetop. It saved time and turned out great.
I thought that this recipe was awesome!!! especially if your counting your calories this dish makes it guiltless to back up for seconds
Okay....but really needed something. Possibly white wine. seemed too veggie. Need to fry onion. less cumin. tasted too hot and that is it. needs more FLAVOR and less just hot. It was also really watery.
