VERY VERY dry!!! I doubled the recipe for a party and added over 2 bottles of dressing. Took 3/4 of the bowl home. Big disappointment! The cranberries were needed to give it at least some flavor!
Plan on a double batch when you make this, because your family won't be able to get enough of this! Mine went wild for this. As a shortcut, I used a box of RiceARonie's wildgrain rice. Will be making this for potlucks and Christmas this month.
This was really good. Just make sure the wild rice is fully cooked...mine came out a little hard. It looks pretty and tastes great!
