To cook the potatoes in the microwave, place quartered potatoes in 3-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add 1/3 cup water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 min. or just until potatoes are tender, stirring after 8 min. Drain.

Very good recipe! I've made it before and have gotten good reviews. I will be making it again this weekend for a picnic I'm going to.
I used dill flavored mayo and added a splash of white vinegar too. I used red onion instead of green and it was quite the hit. I absolutely loved it.
Since my illness, my husband is now our "chef". I look for simple recipes with few ingredients. This one fit the bill and was a grand slam home run! We've had it several times and plan on many more.
