  • Combine potatoes and onions in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Use Your Microwave

To cook the potatoes in the microwave, place quartered potatoes in 3-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add 1/3 cup water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 min. or just until potatoes are tender, stirring after 8 min. Drain.

    I absolutely love this potato Salad. this is my go to potato salad recipe if i need something to go with any meal. i highly recommend this to anybody who wants a really great potato salad recipe. it is very delicious and my husband even likes it a lot.
