Dill Potato Salad

Mayonnaise seasoned with salt, pepper and dill weed lightly coats cooked new potatoes and green onions for an easy, tasty summer salad.

What You Need

2/3

cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

1/2

tsp. dill weed

1/2

tsp. salt

1/4

tsp. pepper

cups quartered new potatoes, cooked

1/4

cup green onion slices

Make It

MIX mayo and seasonings in large bowl.

ADD potatoes and onion; mix lightly. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or overnight.

Use Your Microwave

To cook the potatoes in the microwave, place quartered potatoes and 1/3 cup water in 3-quart microwaveable casserole dish; cover. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 minutes or until tender, stirring after 8 minutes. Drain.

Since my illness, my husband is now our "chef". I look for simple recipes with few ingredients. This one fit the bill and was a grand slam home run! We've had it several times and plan on many more.

I just love this potato salad recipe, when i made it this past saturday to go with my husbands country style ribs he made. He Loved the potato salad to, so much so he wants me to make it more often and him & I have made it our family potato salad recipe.

I used miracle whip (we like it a little sweet)...and more dill.

I liked it and so did my husband. I added a little powdered garlic to taste and it came out good.

This was a great dish. Very easy to make and tastes much better than the store made kind.

It was light, but very flavorful. We did slightly change it by adding a half teaspoon of dill. Definitely a keeper for the recipe box.

This was a super simple recipe, and was a big hit at my memorial day barbeque. I'll definately make this again.

I added an amount of quartered mushrooms equal to that of the potatoes and doubled the goop. It was a great hit although next time I will use a little less goop.
