    I have made this more than once and my family loves it...it's like pulling teeth to get them to eat veggies...but they like this very much

    I USED CANNED CARROTS, I WAS IN A RUSH. I DONT THINK IT NEEDED THE LEMON JUICE IT WAS A TAD TART. I WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN WITHOUT THE LEMON JUICE.
