Dilled Ranch Salmon-Asparagus Kabobs

Kabobbing for fast and easy dinner ideas? Make these tasty salmon-asparagus kabobs with dilled ranch dressing a part of the menu.

What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
2
tsp.  dill weed
1
lb.  skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch chunks
1
bunch  green onions, cut into 2-inch lengths
1
cup  fresh asparagus pieces (2 inch)

Make It

MIX dressing and dill; pour over fish in bowl. Stir gently to evenly coat fish. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Thread fish, onions and asparagus alternately onto 4 skewers.

GRILL 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Note
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
