    This was great, much better than I anticipated. I will go easy on the dressing though and add in more cucumbers since they are plentiful in my garden every summer.

    I've already made this twice. I put celery in it,too. I also used plain yogurt instead of sour cream.

    Delicious! My husband ususally is disappointed when we have salad for dinner, but not this time! He said it was awesome, and I agree. Very easy and definitely would make again.
