What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) cake mix, any flavor

cup cold milk

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

NILLA Wafers

chewy fruit snack rolls

Decorating gel

1/2

cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Food coloring

1/4

cup jelly beans

Make It

PREPARE cake batter and bake in 13x9-inch baking pan as directed on package. Cool in pan 10 min. Carefully invert onto wire rack; cool completely. Meanwhile, pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened.

TRANSFER cake to cake board or tray. Arrange peanut butter cookies, side-by-side, down center of cake to resemble six bodies laying next to each other in a bed. Spread pudding mixture onto top and sides of cake, completely covering cookies and cake. Gently press fruit rolls into pudding on sides of cake to resemble a bed skirt.

PLACE 1 wafer at one end of each body for the head. Use decorating gel to draw the eyes, nose and mouth on each wafer. Tint coconut with food coloring; sprinkle at top of each wafer for the hair. Add jelly beans as desired to top of cake to resemble a polka-dotted blanket. Store in refrigerator.

Mix 1/4 tsp. water with a drop of food coloring. Add to coconut in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Shake until coconut is evenly tinted.

Make it Easy

For easy removal of cake from pan, line the pan with foil before filling pan with batter.

The cake was easy to make, but it was in June & very warm out. So I placed it in the fridge till it was time to show it off & the jelly beans had ran....but the kids loved it! I had a Diva Sleepover party to go along with this cake (all the kids were pampered with a back rub, foot soak, nail painting & then later that night they jumped into the hot-tub.

Very cute and delicious cake! Was perfect for my 10-year-old's birthday sleepover. Made it twice--first time used sprinkles instead of jellybeans, which worked great. Second time with jellybeans and the colors ran horribly--looked tie-dye. Definitely will decorate at last minute next time around! LOVED the pudding frosting! Two thumbs up from my family!

This was the first time I made my daughter's b-day cake, I always ordered from a bakery. It was VERY easy to make. I substituted the nutter butters (my daughter hates peanut butter) with dunkable oreo's and used m&m's instead of jelly beans. All the kids loved it and even had seconds! My daughter doesn't really like cake, said it was delicious! I would definately make this again for my other 2 daughters.

LOVED IT !!!!! I made it this weekend for my daughter's 9th birthday/ spa/ sleepover and it was a huge hit. She told me this was the best birthday cake she had ever had (even better than grandma's homemade pound cake!). We did not use the coconut for hair but just used icing/ gel for decorations. I ended up with an whole lot of Cool Whip pudding "icing/ bedspread" so next time I'll only use 1/2 of the CW suggested. Absolutely no complaints--it was a fabulous hit!

I made this for my daughter's spa themed birthday party and it was a hit. I didn't use the cool whip frosting(my daughter doesn't like cool whip). I just used regular frosting. We had fun decorating the "girls".

I made this for my daughter's 11th birthday, turned out wonderful! All of the girls thought it was great and it was super easy.

This cake was a HUGE hit for my 8 year olds bday party . All the girls loved it ,even one little girl who told me she didn't like cake ! She came to me and said it was the frosting that she normally doesn't like . I will make this cake again and again ! Thanks Kraft !
