Prepare using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edge with moistened fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Never use fresh pineapple in a gelatin recipe. Raw pineapple contains an enzyme that prevents the gelatin from setting.

This had a wonderful flavor. In fact, I've been asked to make it again. I didn't, however, make it in a mold. Any jello flavor would taste great!
I used peach jell-o with diced peaches. I got this idea from another rating. I also doubled the recipe to fit my pan. It was creamy and very lite. I will definitely make this again soon. It was great.
