Forgot to add to my comments that I also added onion flakes, 1/8 t. garlic powder and 1/2 t. dry mustard.
This is an awesome recipe! A big hit with everyone who has tried it. I used fresh spinach to reduce the amount of water. I plan on adding mushrooms to the next one I fix. I also used a smaller dish than 9X13" so it was a little thicker. It is easy to do and smells awesome as it is baking. The dish actually tastes even better the next day. A definite keeper.
