This recipe became an instant favorite! Used 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ginger. I served them with 2 topping choices: the marshmallow/coconut mixture and the other half with marshmallow/pecan. Even those who do not like sweet potatoes loved them.
They were great. The apple juice makes it. An easy way to make a hurry-up dinner special.
This is a great recipe and everyone in the family enjoyed it! I can't wait to make it again, and it was farly simple too!
