Dessert can be a part of a balanced diet, but remember to keep tabs on portions.
Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding and substituting orange juice for the cranberry juice cocktail and substituting 2 pt. (4 cups) fresh seasonal berries, such as sliced strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries, for the frozen raspberries.

I used 4 cups of strawberries and oj instead of cranberry juice and raspberries and it was good, but not great.
I think if I would make again, I would sprinkle the sugar on the strawberries first and let the natural juices come out first. It might give it more flavor.
Also, I would use a smaller dish or larger cake in order to have bigger slices of cake in the dessert.
Delicioso! A very refreshing dessert that is VERY EASY to make (and this is coming from someone who doesn't cook/bake very much). I love it and my family, friends & co-workers love it as well! :-)
