What You Need

pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

small zucchini, chopped

large tomato, chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Make It

PREPARE Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add zucchini; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

ADD zucchini and tomatoes to Dinner; mix well.

TOP with Cheddar.

Add 1 tsp. dried basil leaves along with the tomatoes.

I was very suprised with the taste! Something different for sure! I forgot the cheese at the end but remembered with my leftover the next day for lunch - still tasty!

I probably will not make this again. The tomato is not a good addition. It tasted better with just the zucchini. Adding the dressing gave it a good flavor, but made it very greasy. Maybe just the mac n cheese with zucchini would be good.

I thought this recipe would be delicious; I love tomatos, zucchini, and mac n cheese.The tastes did not blend well. The cheese and dressing together was terrible. I could not eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. If I was going to make it again I would not put the cheese in the dish and I would make it like a scampi.

I made this using regular mac n cheese for my family and they really enjoyed it. For myself, I made this using gluten free quinoa noodles and a different cheese sauce mix. That was also very tasty. I forgot to add the shredded cheese at the end, but we enjoyed it anyway! Kraft really needs to make gluten free Mac n cheese!!!!

My whole family loved this easy adaptation of the usual mac n' cheese. I never would have thought to use Italian dressing with mac n' cheese. Yummy!

It's great to find recipes that all my family will like, my son's vegetarian and he usually has to cook for himself. He's always happy when Mom cooks for him too.

I think that there was a bit much of the zucchini so next time I think I'll do only half of one. But other than that it was fast and I and my husband thought that it was very good.
