For myself, I made this using gluten free quinoa noodles and a different cheese sauce mix. That was also very tasty. I forgot to add the shredded cheese at the end, but we enjoyed it anyway! Kraft really needs to make gluten free Mac n cheese!!!!

I thought this recipe would be delicious; I love tomatos, zucchini, and mac n cheese. The tastes did not blend well. The cheese and dressing together was terrible. I could not eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. If I was going to make it again I would not put the cheese in the dish and I would make it like a scampi.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We really liked it! We really liked it! The different textures the tomatoes and zucchini brought to mac & cheese were very good. I took the advice to add some basil to the tomatoes and let them sit together while everything else was cooking. DH pronounced it a keeper! And I do, too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I probably will not make this again. I probably will not make this again. The tomato is not a good addition. It tasted better with just the zucchini. Adding the dressing gave it a good flavor, but made it very greasy. Maybe just the mac n cheese with zucchini would be good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good- nothing special- but definitely adds flavor to regular mac'n'cheese. Pretty good- nothing special- but definitely adds flavor to regular mac'n'cheese. I added extra cheese and some garlic powder to the recipe, and my husband and I thought the italian dressing on the zucchini was good!

I think that there was a bit much of the zucchini so next time I think I'll do only half of one. But other than that it was fast and I and my husband thought that it was very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not add Italian Dressing. Do not add Italian Dressing. Use frozen peas and carrots. Add a lot of shredded sharp cheddar and a little bit of tomato at the end right before you are ready to serve.
