    I was very suprised with the taste! Something different for sure! I forgot the cheese at the end but remembered with my leftover the next day for lunch - still tasty!

    I probably will not make this again. The tomato is not a good addition. It tasted better with just the zucchini. Adding the dressing gave it a good flavor, but made it very greasy. Maybe just the mac n cheese with zucchini would be good.

    I thought this recipe would be delicious; I love tomatos, zucchini, and mac n cheese.The tastes did not blend well. The cheese and dressing together was terrible. I could not eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. If I was going to make it again I would not put the cheese in the dish and I would make it like a scampi.
