  • Prepare and bake brownie mix in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package for cake-like brownies.
  • Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute. Pour over warm brownies; sprinkle with raisins, nuts and coconut.
  • Cool completely on wire rack; cut into bars.

    Made this for my friends birthday who LOVES carmel. I tried one before giving them to her and thought they were great. I didn't know what the raisins would work, but they added a nice flavor. She loved them!

    I made this with 1/2 w/raisins and 1/2 without them. The kids liked it with the raisins - the adults without them. I love chocolate and caramel so anything like that is a winner with this family!

    I make a recipe that is similar to this. I use 1/2 cup of chocolate chips instead of the coconut.
