  • Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and extract; mix well. Stir in melted chocolate. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition. Stir in chopped semi-sweet chocolate and nuts.
  • Drop dough by tablespoon, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake 12 to 13 min. or until cookies are puffed and tops are slightly shiny. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
