Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this a couple of nights ago. Made this a couple of nights ago. Didn't have any semi-sweet baking squares, so I just threw in some semi-sweet chips. I thought it was delicious and SOOOO FAST AND EASY. I used sugar-free/fat-free instant chocolate pudding w/ 2% milk, and sugar-free/fat-free whipped topping. I also used a cup of the whipped topping in the pudding mixture and topped it w/ a dollup when served. I found it to be very flavorful and have absolutely no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is fabulous! This recipe is fabulous! VERY very rich - the 1/2 cup serving is actually enough - you also don't get any of the artificial sweetener aftertaste (I don't even like splenda), and you'd never know it has skim milk and fat free whipped topping. I had mine with fresh strawberries. I will definitely be making it again! It would also be delicious in a trifle!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was good! This was good!!! It was not too rich, but just indulgent enough without making you feel guilty! I wouldn't quite call it mousse though, it was more like a rich fluffy whipped pudding, but I am particular when it comes to mousse. However this one was much easier to make than authentic mousse, and much better for you.

I tried this recipe and my family asked me to make it again as soon as it was gone.I unfortunately didn't have the sugar free pudding on hand so I improvised with the regular and borrowed the tip from another recipe rater and put it in a graham cracker crust.Definately a hit and soooo...easy!!!!!!!!

This recipe was really good, however it did not quite resemble the texture or taste of mousse. It was more like a thicker version of a more-chocolate pudding. It was still really tasty. Next time we make it, we may just try it with some cream cheese/more chocolate.

I have made a recipe similar to this for awhile and thought I'd give this one a try...I was very disappointed. I think the chocolate in the milk is a good idea, but I would cut the cool whip to 1 cup at most. Mine turned out so soupy it was thrown out.

I used this as a filling in between chocolate cake layers (frosted the whole thing with buttercream). It was FANTASTIC!!! There was leftover mousse which was delicious on it's own, but there isn't a better way to jazz up a cake mix!!! Go for it!
