What You Need

Tbsp. whipping cream

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.)

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided

cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Almonds, Pecans or Walnuts

Make It

PLACE whipping cream and white chocolate in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Set aside.

MICROWAVE 7 of the squares of semi-sweet chocolate in microwavable bowl for 3 minutes; stir until completely melted. Line bottom of 8-inch square pan with wax paper. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate into a thin layer on wax paper. Freeze 5 minutes.

SPREAD white chocolate mixture evenly over semi-sweet chocolate layer. Sprinkle with almonds. Melt remaining square of semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over chocolate layers in pan.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting into 9 squares; cut each square diagonally in half to form 2 triangles. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.

These didn't turn out like the picture but they were pretty good. One bite is enough they are very sweet

This recipe was very easy and the triangles are delicious and rich. I made them with chopped pecans. They will make a nice hostess gift another time.

Loved it! I added a little peppermint extract to the dark chocolate and it tasted great! This will be a new holiday tradition for sure.

I've made truffles for Christmas for years, and this sure beats the traditional form! I've personalized them by adding coconut flavoring and topping with coconut, as well as the original recipe and the one with the candy canes! I got rave reviews, and I ended up having to make more somy family could have some!

I am not very good at working with chocolate. With that said, these came out nicely. I loved the taste and the presentation is quite nice. I added some cinnamin to the chocolate and topped with toasted pecans. These are delicious and extremely decadent. I'll definitely make these again.

Always use the altnernate topping of broken peppermint candies - this is sublime, takes NO time to make and everyone oohs and ahhs about it.

These truffle triangles are delicious. I made them for Christmas and gave them as gifts. Everyone that received them has asked for the recipe. It has now been added to my list of favorites. Give them a try and ENJOY!
