To prevent food from sticking to the grill, lightly brush the grill grate with vegetable oil before preheating the grill. Or, spray the cold grill grate with cooking spray.
Cut 2 large onions into thin slices. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water; stir to release browned bits from bottom of skillet. Cook 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
