Always start cooking on a clean grill to ensure the best flavor for your grilled food.
To prevent food from sticking to the grill, lightly brush the grill grate with vegetable oil before preheating the grill. Or, spray the cold grill grate with cooking spray.
If you cook eggs often, invest in a good quality skillet. Choose one that is heavy and has a nonstick finish. An 8-inch nonstick skillet is perfect for omelets. A 10-inch nonstick skillet is great for frittatas, scrambled eggs and other skillet eggs.
Cut 2 large onions into thin slices. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water; stir to release browned bits from bottom of skillet. Cook 10 to 15 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
