I could not find salmon cream cheese so I used grilled salmon and regular cream cheese, but I chopped the salmon in a chopper, instead of cucumbers I used green onions. (I chopped the salmon and green onions together). It made a very nice and very smooth spread. The bread was very dry so I used Wheat Thins Flat Bread instead. Very good, everyone loved it; it was kind of hard explaining I did not make it right.
