Whole strawberries are dipped once in melted semi-sweet chocolate and a second time in chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs for a simple, yet elegant, dessert.

What You Need

fresh strawberries

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed (about 1 cup)

Make It

DIP strawberries in chocolate; roll in crumbs.

PLACE on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; let stand until chocolate is firm.

Dipped strawberries can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours.

Easy Microwave Melting of BAKER'S Chocolate

Microwave BAKER'S Chocolate to be used in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-sec. increments until chocolate is completely melted.

This is a fantastic recipe! So easy to make. My co-workers and friends love them! I use white chocolate squares instead of the regular chocolate. It tastes like you wrapped a cookies and cream candy bar around a strawberry. Yum!

This recipe is A1...my husband loved them. VERY easy to make and a great dessert that everyone loved. Even my uncle really liked them...he had never heard of such a thing as chocolate covered strawberries. They were a HIT!

Awesome dessert! Had a little trouble getting the chocolate to stick to the Strawberries, had to use a knife, rather than just dipping, but still excellent!!
