This recipe is good - creamy, cool and sweet. My mom and sister liked it, but my dad said it was too heavy for him maybe due to his health. Glad I added the sugar as filling was plain and chocolate was strong. I may try with another Baker's chocolate. It was almost impossible to melt and even drizzle the remainging chocolate over pie. Try diluting the chocolate with a little milk in small microwaveable bowl. Then, dip tip of teaspoon in and gently drizzle, keeping close to pie. This should work! And even with the creamcheese it still was not heavy as i thought it'd be :) For better health, I will try light creamcheese.
