  • In a bowl, prepare chocolate pudding mix as directed, using 2 cups of milk. Stir in half of the Cool Whip and mix well with a spoon. Set aside.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on high for 15 seconds, stir. Microwave for another 15 seconds, stir.
  • Beat cream cheese with mixer on medium speed for 15 seconds. Add vanilla and half of cheesecake pudding mix to cream cheese, beat until smooth. Add remaining pudding mix and 1/2 cup milk, beat until smooth.
  • Spread cheesecake mix into pie shell. Spread chocolate pudding mixture on top. Chill for at least 2 hours. Top pie with COOL WHIP and grated chocolate.
