I have made this pie more than once, and one of the things I really like about it is that it can be made totally sugar free if you buy a sugar-free pie crust, use the sugar-free Cool Whip, the sugar-free pudding mix, and using some Splenda instead of sugar. You can also vary the flavor of the pudding mix. I also like that it is not sickly sweet like a lot of ***** pies, and it is dead easy to make.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really tasty I made this yesterday and ended up having to use banana pudding because I was out of the chocolate. It turned out great! Easy and everyone liked it. I will however next time double the bottom layer because it just seemed there was not enough of it and was difficult to detect. Can't wait to try it using the chocolate pudding!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Chocolate Pie! If you're looking for a nice alternative to the standard chocolate cream pie, then this is it. This pie was SOOOO good, not to mention soooo easy. My husband, who doesn't generally go for sweets, absolutely loves this pie. It's his favorite!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this about a hundred times and every version is good. I've made this about a hundred times and every version is good. I've made this with different flavored puddings, low fat and sugar free versions and they're all really good. Chocolate lovers must try a chocolate crust, chocolate Cool Whip and chocolate fudge pudding. I've also made one with a shortbread crust, strawberry cool whip and vanilla pudding that every one just loved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply delicious! Simply delicious! I amazed myself with this pie. Not only was it quite tasty, it looked like the picture. The kids enjoyed it the most and that's a good thing because they tend to be very critical in their opinions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The pie was delicious and very easy to make. The pie was delicious and very easy to make. However, I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or if the measurements were off, but I had left over pie filling (not enough to make 2 pies).
