Save 90 calories and 5g of fat, including 4g of sat fat, per serving by preparing with PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, fat-free milk, COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, a ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust, and 2 pkg. (1.4 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until slightly softened.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Double-Layer Chocolate Pie: Use OREO Pie Crust and Chocolate Pudding. Double-Layer Key Lime Pie: Use 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Pudding and add 2 tsp. lime juice with the cream cheese, and 2 tsp. lime zest with the pudding mixes. Double-Layer Pumpkin Pie: Use 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Pudding and reduce the milk to 1 cup. Add 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger and 1/4 tsp. ground cloves with the pudding mixes.

I have made this pie more than once, and one of the things I really like about it is that it can be made totally sugar free if you buy a sugar-free pie crust, use the sugar-free Cool Whip, the sugar-free pudding mix, and using some Splenda instead of sugar. You can also vary the flavor of the pudding mix. I also like that it is not sickly sweet like a lot of ***** pies, and it is dead easy to make.
This is a great tasting pie, easy and if you love chocoate this is the one to make. I think the double layer is a great idea.
