  • Cook chops and onion in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add mushrooms and water to drippings in skillet; stir until well blended. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in stuffing mix. Top with chops; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
