  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix mayo and Parmesan; spread onto cut sides of roll. Place, cut-sides up, in shallow pan. Broil 2 min. or until golden brown.
  • Stack meats on microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted. Place on bottom half of roll.
  • Cover with tomatoes, lettuce and top of roll.

MY FAMILY LOVED IT. I USED CHEESE BREAD INSTEAD OF SUB ROLL. THE SECOND TIME I MADE IT I ADDED PICKLES, JALAPENO'S AND SLICED PEPPERONI. I USED COLBY JACK CHEES INSTEAD OF PEPPER JACK. MY HUBBY DONT DO SPICY.

I was impressed. I know it wasn't that complicated but I would have never thought about using mayo and parmesan to toast. That really was a nice touch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum! I didn't microwave the meat. I put it on the bottom slice and then put it back under the broiler for a few minutes. Also, I used Ciabatta rolls instead of sub sandwiches
