Down-Home Beef Casserole

Corn, cornbread stuffing and creamy soup give this tasty beef casserole its down-home creds. (It also gets bonus points for all that cheese!)

What You Need

lb.  extra-lean ground beef
1
  onion, chopped
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1
can  (11 oz.) corn, drained
1
can  (10-3/4 oz.) condensed 98%-fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2
cups   KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

BROWN meat with onions in large skillet. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.

STIR corn, soup and cheese into meat mixture; spoon into 2-1/2-qt. casserole spayed with cooking spray. Top with stuffing.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.
