My husband and I loved this recipe. Perfect with a side salad and crescent rolls to soak up the great cheesy sauce!

What You Need

2
slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
4
small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1/4
lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into1/2-inch cubes

Tbsp. chicken broth

Make It

COOK bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings.

ADD chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

MEANWHILE, combine VELVEETA and chicken broth in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with bacon.

Sprinkle each serving with 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad and slice of whole wheat bread to round out the meal.
