The flavors went together great...the bacon on the chicken, and the chicken in the cheese...but there was something about the cheese sauce that I didn't like...it was very basic, and way too "cheesey" for my taste. I made this to go with a box of Kraft wholegrain mac 'n' cheese, which I always thought wasn't cheesey enough, so the two parts of the meals almost balanced out...except the consistency of the chicken's cheese sauce didn't go well with the pasta. If I ever make this again, I'll make the cheese sauce more saucy with some milk.
