I decided this may be a little bland so I added onion & garlic powder, red pepper and dry mustard. This is a superb recipe and I don't normally like mac & cheese but this is a keeper.. My husband who is a mac & cheese guy loved it..
Made half a recipe, using Big Slice Chipotle White Cheddar instead of Velveeta. Delicious, but needs a bit more macaroni.
