Guess I don't like Collards! I used a can of seasoned collards and it ruined the recipe! Chicken was tender, rice was moist, next time I will try spinach.
I used 4 slices of bacon and Margaret Holmes seasoned canned collard greens. I also seasoned my chicken with more than black pepper to give it more flavor. I will definitely use this recipe again. Very good!!
