Bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, olives, feta cheese and rotini pasta are tossed with crushed red pepper and Italian dressing for a tasty side salad.

What You Need

2-1/2

cups (6 oz.) rotini pasta or bow tie pasta, cooked

medium zucchini, thinly sliced

medium carrot, thinly sliced

small green bell pepper, chopped

small red bell pepper, chopped

pitted black olives, halved

1/2

cup ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese

1/2

tsp. crushed red pepper

cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

Make It

MIX all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve.

This salad was excellent and very refreshing. I did alter the recipe by using Roasted Red Pepper Dressing instead of the italian and I used cheese tortellini.

I grew up on pasta salads made with Italian dressing & rotini pasta, but I think I'm burnt out. I didn't enjoy this much. Time for a change. -A cook in St. Louis, MO

TIHIS WAS A VERY NICE REPICE FOR A PASTA SALAD VERY REFRESHING FOR THESE HOT EVENINGS.WE ENJOY THIS SALD VERY MUCH.
